Terms of Sale

We (‘Rare Bridal Studio’) must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. All orders are subject to acceptance by us; our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

  1. Price

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. All prices given are in Pounds Sterling not inclusive of delivery charges.  We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment server. No credit or debit card details are stored on our database.

2. Right to cancel your order

2.1). You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to 24 hours after your order.  This will need to be notified in writing to hello@rarebridalstudio.co.uk

2.2). Where you wish to cancel your contract in accordance with clause 4.1 above you must notify us in writing.

2.3). If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract prior to receiving the goods and we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

2.4). Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.

2.5). Loss or damage during transit shall be at your own risk.  We therefore advise that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery as this service is tracked and insured.  We recommend that you insure returned goods for the full value as Rare Bridal Studio cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend that you retain your proof of postage.

2.6). Our delicate products are carefully packaged to ensure that no damage will occur during transit.  Should you decide to return your item to Rare Bridal Studio, please ensure that it is packaged in the same way as it was sent out to you to avoid damage. We are unable to offer refunds on items that are returned in poor condition.

  3. Cancellation of order by ourselves

3.1). We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

3.1.1). We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered 

3.1.2). We do not deliver to your area; or

3.1.3). One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

3.2). If we cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

3.3). We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

  4. Returns policy

4.1). Please note that colours may vary between computer screens. We will ensure that all items listed are described as accurately as possible.

4.2). If you have any questions regarding an item please ask first before making a purchase. You can contact us via email at: hello@rarebridalstudio.co.uk or Facebook messenger and Instagram messages are both accepted for pre-purchase enquiries.

4.3). If your purchased item arrives damaged or with any quality issues at all, please contact us at hello@rarebridalstudio.co.uk within 5 days of receiving the product with photographs that clearly show the concern.

4.4). Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your delivery. 

4.5). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then issue you a refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Any items that have been used or damaged will be rejected for a return. 

4.6). Return credits are processed from us within 7 business days or sooner. We are not responsible for bank processing times.

4.7). To return your product, please email hello@rarebridalstudio.co.uk to organise a shipping address.

4.8). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we are able to observe the fault we will email you to discuss the refund/exchange options.

4.9). Items that are reduced and sold as sale are non-refundable and sold as seen.

5. Delivery policy

5.1) Orders will be sent using Evri parcel service. 

5.2) Orders will be sent out using their standard service which can take 2-4 working days to arrive once sent. 

5.3) If you do not revive your order within 11 business days of ordering, please contact us directly at hello@rarebridalstudio.co.uk
